Imran Khan is a Pakistani politician and former cricketer, widely known for leading Pakistan to victory in the 1992 Cricket World Cup. After retiring from cricket, he entered politics and founded the political party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in 

Khan became Pakistan’s 22nd Prime Minister in August 2018, focusing on anti-corruption efforts, economic reforms, and foreign policy shifts. His government faced economic challenges, political instability, and criticism over human rights issues. Despite this, Khan remained a popular figure for his charisma and promises of "Naya Pakistan" (New Pakistan).

In April 2022, Khan's tenure as Prime Minister ended after a no-confidence motion passed in the National Assembly, leading to his ousting. Post-premiership, he remains an influential figure in Pakistani politics, often critical of the country's traditional political establishment.
